Jorge Luis Sierra, Managing Editor of Rumbo del Valle, is a Mexican journalist with more than 20 years of experience. He has been editor and collaborator of major Mexican dailies and magazines like Siglo 21, Reforma, Proceso and El Independiente. He specializes in international security subjects. Jorge studied psychology in Mexico, international journalism at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and economics and defense politics at the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies which is a part of the National Defense University in Washington, DC. |
